We pack and ship with the utmost of care. Depending on destination, most orders can be shipped within 48 hours, unless a specific day has been requested. Because of the nature of our product, we do not ship on Friday or over the weekend, as we do not want your package to "sit" unattended.
Please help us with the correct shipping information and any additional comments to make sure your package arrives at the correct destination. Include name and/or business, complete address including building number, suite or apartment number and correct zip code. POST OFFICE BOXES ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Many packages are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information. Please review your order carefully, as Gone Chocolate cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, including zip codes.
We also ship, weather permitting, during the summer season. Please inquire regarding this policy, as we check the temperature daily.
